This is a morning gathering taking place in Newtownmountkennedy, Co. Wicklow in the beautiful Cottage Studio and in the local woods nearby.

We will begin in the woods with a gentle walk, pausing frequently to take in and connect deeply with the surroundings.

After, we will return to the Cottage Studio where you will be guided through a meditative journey, savour the warmth of fresh herbal tea, connect with the group and allow the beauty of what you experienced to flow through you in your own unique way.
